And we delivered a tailored and encapsulated Marketing Management course—a key stepping stone as we prepared him to hit the ground running in his roles.
The training, initially designed as a two-week program, was carefully condensed into an intensive 3-day workshop to fit in the schedules without compromising on the depth of learning. The course was expertly facilitated by our Head of Strategy Consultant, a senior lecturer, learning and development expert, strategist and thinktank: Professor, Mr. David Wasike, whose experience and insights were instrumental in delivering a program that resonated deeply with the participants.
