We are a team of over 20 highly qualified and widely experienced local and international consultants. We assist corporate businesses, research institutions, public sector institutions and non-governmental organizations to successfully develop, implement, manage and deliver tailor-made customized solutions to cater for their strategic and operational needs.

Background
Foundation Leads Limited (FLL) establish in 2018, is one of Uganda’s leading professional multi-disciplinary consultancy companies, legally registered compliant with All and regulated under Uganda’s relevant Laws and attendant regulations. FLL operates with statutory of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Trading License, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), certificate of registration from Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB),with a register number 80020000641718,National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and a running partnership MOU with the Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE). We have implemented over 50 projects for over 30 clients in six (6) of our service areas. Our dedicated management team has continued to ensure service quality and ultimate client satisfaction.

With over twenty (20) specialist consultants in research and management consulting, information and communication technology (ICT), business advisory and human resource management, FLL has continue providing a wide range of services to both private and public sector clients. We have formed a diverse core team that consists of senior consultants who come from different parts of the World with extensive experience from various sectors. - The Processes
The process usually starts with a thorough analysis of the client’s needs, goals, and constraints. The team then draws upon their diverse expertise to design and develop a customized solution that addresses the client’s specific requirements. The team may also work with external partners, such as researchers to identify and cover all aspects of the assignment so that it is completed to the client’s satisfaction.

During the course of the assignment our multi-disciplinary team maintains a high level of communication and collaboration to ensure that all aspects of the project are being addressed in a coordinated manner. This many involve regular team meetings, progress reports, and client updates.
